Shipment of item is made within three (3) business days of receiving payment. If an item description is not clear, please verify before purchase.
Return Policy:
If you are in receipt of a defective or broken item, please contact us upon receipt of your order. "Do Not Return Item" without contacting us first. Instructions will be given for returns or replacement of an item. Returns 'Must' be done within 72 hours in its original package and marked with an RA# assigned by our office.
All other sales are final on non-defective/non-broken items, therefore no returns will be accepted and no shipping costs will be refunded.
